1.How can I pay for my order? Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Pay Pal. In certain circumstances we do accept Cash App. 
2. How can I pay using Cash App? You can e-mail or Direct Message us your order, we will contact you to inform you your order has been approved and you are to submit Cash App payment at the time. Once funds are received your order will be shipped and you will be provided with tracking information. 
3.How can I check the status of my order? We know you can not wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order is shipped via e-mail.kaykaysroom@gmail.com
4. Can I exchange my order? We do not offer exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order please feel free to e-mail us @ kaykaysroom@gmail.com
5. Can I get a refund? All Sales are FINAL no exchanges or refunds. We do encourage you to contact us via e-mail with any issue. We will get the matter resolve to the best of our capability.

7. I live in New Orleans can I pick up my order? Sorry we only offer delivery options at this time however if it is an unique situation please do not hesitate to reach out to us we can see how we may accommodate your needs.
8. What if my package is stolen? We do apologize for the inconvenience. We supply tracking numbers so that you can keep an eye for your delivery. Kay Kay’s Room,LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
